Asset Reliability & Maintenance Manager

Greencore in Bourne is seeking a Maintenance Manager to drive asset performance across a site dedicated to fruit, leafy salads and stir-fry mixes. You will lead maintenance strategy, reliability improvements and investment planning to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, PLCs, sensors, hydraulics and pneumatics, with a track record in FMCG asset reliability.
