Hybrid Senior Employee Relations Lead – Pay Modernisation

Starfish Search are working with a North of England local authority to recruit an Interim Senior Employee Relations Lead for a minimum of 6 months. The role focuses on resolving long-standing terms and conditions issues and guiding the rollout of a new pay and grading structure.

The postholder will lead all collective bargaining and consultation activity related to the pay modernisation programme, working with HR, legal teams, external advisers and trade unions.
