Immigration Paralegal

This role requires an Immigration paralegal with a minimum of 12 months experience in UK Immigration law, primarily assisting with Corporate Immigration matters and some personal immigration work.

You will support members of the immigration team with their caseloads and undertaking business development.

This includes:

• Managing a caseload of all matters relating to UK Immigration & Nationality Law.
• Providing clear and accurate legal advice to clients on all aspects of UK Immigration and Nationality Law.
• Preparing witness statements, legal arguments, and supporting evidence for submissions and appeals.
