Regional Head of Supported Housing & Service Growth

BRC is seeking a Head of Supported Housing to lead the operational delivery and growth of a Housing and Support service across the North West. This senior role combines strategic thinking with hands-on management of performance, safeguarding, budgets and stakeholder relationships.

You will oversee remote teams, ensure trauma-informed service design, and build partnerships with commissioners and local authorities to drive service improvement and positive outcomes for residents.
