Our client, a leading European provider of SaaS solutions in the proptech sector, is seeking a Senior Product Manager. This is a unique opportunity to influence how large organisations manage complex portfolios, improve end-user experiences, and deliver sustainable community services.
You’ll join an established European provider supporting thousands of customers, helping them to manage their assets and services effectively. Their mission centres on connecting people and processes through technology, helping organisations to digitalise their operations.
The Role
As Senior Product Manager, you will own a strategically important area of the product portfolio.
You will translate market insight and customer needs into a clear product strategy, roadmap priorities, and commercially valuable outcomes that help service providers navigate increasingly complex operational and regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a deep understanding of the UK market for community management and public service technology.
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for your area, balancing customer value, commercial impact, regulatory requirements, and technical health.
- Make clear prioritisation decisions and communicate trade-offs confidently to customers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Lead product discovery and delivery, working closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams.
- Translate complex operational workflows and management challenges into software solutions that customers value.
- Ensure roadmap decisions deliver measurable outcomes across end-user experience, operational efficiency, and compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with or for UK organisations that manage large-scale residential assets and deliver community-based services. This could be as a Product Manager, systems owner, business analyst, or in an operational leadership role.
- Deep domain knowledge of the operational processes within these organisations, including asset management, compliance, repairs, and service delivery.
- Strong product thinking with the ability to shape software strategy based on customer insight and market evidence.
- Understanding of the UK’s regulatory environment and sector pressures affecting public service providers.
- Experience translating complex operational requirements into clear product priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer value with business objectives.
