We are seeking a commercially astute Finance Director to join our small, high-performing leadership team at an exciting point in our journey.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead all aspects of the company’s financial management, providing the insight, discipline and commercial challenge that underpins successful housing development. This is a broad and hands-on role. You will oversee business planning, financial reporting, cashflow, development appraisals, treasury activity and shareholder reporting, whilst acting as a trusted adviser to the Board and key stakeholders.
We are looking for a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA). Experience gained within a commercial environment such as property, development, construction or an SME business is desirable. This role is likely to suit an ambitious finance leader seeking their first Finance Director appointment, or someone considering a sideways move who enjoys combining strategic influence with practical delivery.
