Senior Lawyer: Financial Litigation & Debt Recovery (Hybrid)

Brent Council in London is seeking a Senior Lawyer to join the Financial Litigation Team, supporting Principal and Chief Lawyer. You will manage a caseload of debt recovery matters, initiate county court proceedings, and enforce judgments, applying civil procedure rules and enforcement experience.

The role requires leadership, supervision of junior staff, and effective collaboration with client departments. Flexible and hybrid working options are available, with remote work two days per week.
