Personal Injury Litigator – RTA Claims, Preston

The FR Group in Preston is seeking a Personal Injury/RTA Solicitor or an experienced Litigation Executive with over 2 years of RTA/PI experience to join the expanding litigation team. You will manage your own caseload of litigated RTA claims and provide support on complex matters to claims handlers and paralegals.

Responsibilities include reviewing liability and quantum, drafting court documents, obtaining information, reviewing medical reports and offers, and preparing for trials.
