Head of Enterprise Product Design (AI)

Scale AI, based in London, seeks a Senior Product Design Manager to lead and scale the Enterprise design function. You will set the direction for enterprise design, partner with Product and Engineering to ensure early design involvement, and raise the craft bar while shaping how users interact with AI-powered tools.

You’ll build a high-performing team, hire and mentor designers, and contribute to Scale’s shared design system.
