Adecco Group UK & Ireland is recruiting a Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 17-bedroom hotel and three long-term rental apartments in Blackpool. The role includes managing guest services, staff, and all hotel functions with on-site live-in accommodation.

The ideal candidate will drive occupancy, revenue and profitability across seasonal fluctuations, leading by example in a hands-on capacity while ensuring top customer service standards throughout the year.
