King’s Trust International is seeking a Head of Programme Development to design high-quality, evidence-informed and scalable programme models for young people. You will lead a talented team, champion inclusion and safeguarding, and translate strategy into practical curricula and tools across global contexts.

This permanent, part-time role is 21 hours per week with hybrid working and expected office presence in London. You will collaborate across internal teams and partners to deliver impact.
