Senior Operations Manager, Women & Children’s Services

Women’s Aid South Lanarkshire & East Renfrewshire (WASLER) is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across frontline services, ensuring safe, trauma-informed delivery for women, children and young people affected by domestic abuse.

You will work with the CEO and senior leaders to drive service development, monitor quality, manage safeguarding and risk, and coach managers to build a high-performing, woman-centred organisation.
