Sustainable Fashion Charity Shop Manager

Havens Hospices is seeking a Shop Manager for our Canvey Island shop. You will lead a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, driving sales, donations and community engagement while championing sustainable fashion and ethical retail within a charity setting.

You’ll manage stock, budgets and store operations, recruit volunteers, and work with the Area Manager to deliver improvements. This role offers an opportunity to make a tangible difference in the local community.
