Director of Policy Development & Engagement

The Labour Party is seeking a Head of Policy Development at its Head Office in London. The post-holder will oversee the party’s policymaking processes and coordinate policy engagement across internal and external channels.

Responsibilities include proactive policy development, oversight of the National Policy Forum and Annual Conference policy processes, and delivering priority policy and engagement projects, while ensuring Labour’s policies and achievements are communicated persuasively.
