Deputy Store Manager: Lead Ops & Service

Lidl is recruiting a Deputy Store Manager in Hull to lead the store floor and behind the scenes. Salary £38,000–£46,000 per annum, plus 30–35 days’ holiday pro rata, a 10% in-store discount and a strong pension scheme.

You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service and supporting your team to perform at their best. You’ll handle cash processes, stock integrity, and KPI monitoring, while stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.
