Store Department Lead – Customer Experience & Merchandising

Boundary Outlet in Blackburn (United Kingdom) is seeking a Department Manager who is committed, enthusiastic, and enjoys a varied workload. You will work on your own initiative as well as part of the wider team to shape the customer experience within our stores.

You will be responsible for helping to build the Boundary Outlet Experience, dealing with customers professionally, assisting them to find goods, and managing replenishment, merchandising and housekeeping responsibilities.
