If you’re proactive, professional and enjoy making things happen behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the organisation by providing high-level executive support.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, proactive and confidential support to members of the Executive Leadership Team
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building effective relationships across the College Group and beyond
- Support Boards, Committees and other senior meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking and action tracking
- Support major College events, meetings and initiatives
- Provide admin and technical support for the College’s data protection function, working closely with the DPO and SIRO
Requirements
- Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Calm under pressure and confident using their initiative
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, detail-focused and able to handle confidential information appropriately
- Comfortable working with digital systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experienced in admin, coordination or compliance-related work
