Senior Site Manager – Care Home Build Lead Portchester

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to work as No2 to the Project Manager on a £15m extra care home in Portchester, Hampshire. The role focuses on internal fit-out, site leadership and ensuring job progress to completion.

You will manage site-based activities, safety, QA, liaise with clients, run meetings, report progress, and mentor junior managers. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required.
