• Basic understanding of financial markets and economic trends
• Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with trading platforms is beneficial (training provided)

Education

• Recently completed A-Levels (or equivalent), ideally with strong results in Mathematics, Economics, or Business Studies
• Additional self-study or coursework in finance, economics, or trading is advantageous
• Internships within Financial Services – highly desirable or b2b sales

Responsibilities (Entry-Level)

• Support senior brokers in executing client currency trades
• Monitor market movements and assist in preparing daily market updates
• Help with client onboarding and maintain accurate account documentation
• Conduct basic research on currency trends and economic indicators
• Learn and apply compliance and regulatory standards within FX trading
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues
• Cold calling and using outreach mechanisms to source new clients

Career Development

• Full training in FX trading strategies, market analysis, and client management
• Clear progression path to a fully qualified FX Broker within 12-24 months
• Exposure to international markets and high-value transactions
