This is far more than a traditional financial control role. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future finance function, leading transformation initiatives, managing a high-performing team, and influencing strategic decision-making across the Group.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Group reporting, consolidations, statutory accounts and audit delivery.
- Strengthen financial controls, governance and risk management.
- Oversee treasury, cash flow forecasting and working capital performance.
- Provide commercial insight to support strategic decision-making.
- Support ERP implementation and finance transformation initiatives.
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing finance team.
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience within large, complex, multi-entity or multinational organisations.
- Strong background in Group reporting, controls, audit and governance.
- Exposure to treasury, cash flow and working capital management.
- Track record of finance transformation, ERP implementation or process improvement.
- Credible, collaborative leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Particularly Attractive Backgrounds
- Big 4 trained with subsequent industry experience.
- Multinational finance experience.
- FMCG, food manufacturing, fresh food, consumer goods or multi-site operations.
- International reporting and multi-currency exposure.
