Hybrid Finance Team Lead – Payroll & Compliance

Brightwork are recruiting a Finance Team Leader for our client near Motherwell. The role is on-site with hybrid working options during a busy payroll/finance period.

You will lead a team, manage escalated queries, and drive process improvements while ensuring statutory compliance and high service standards. The successful candidate will have payroll data administration experience, GDPR/data protection knowledge, and a background in finance or HR with finance exposure.
