Quality Engineering & Assurance Lead (Automation & AI)

Marex is seeking a Quality Engineering leader within the Technology department to govern a risk-based, auditable QA framework for regulated financial services. You will drive automation, AI-augmented testing and evidence generation, embedding controls into CI/CD and advancing production readiness.

You will partner with engineering, security, risk and compliance to elevate quality and governance across delivery squads.
