Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in leading complex engineering projects and managing technical teams.
• Solid understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, electrical systems, and control theory as applied to energy systems.
• Proficiency with simulation and modeling software (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, ANSYS).
