Senior QA Lead – Care Quality & Compliance

HC-One seeks a Quality Assurance Lead to drive the internal quality assurance framework across its homes. The role involves conducting structured inspections, delivering clear reports, and providing constructive feedback to Home Managers and Area Directors to support improvements.

Reporting to the Head of Regulation and Compliance, the postholder will ensure findings are acted upon and homes remain inspection ready, collaborating with Quality Improvement Leads and operational teams.
