Clinical Lead RNLD/RMN — Person-Centred Care Leader

Raven Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead dual-qualified in RNLD and RMN to join our team in a complex care environment. You will provide strong clinical leadership, oversee care plans and risk assessments, and mentor nursing staff to ensure person-centred, high-quality care.

The role requires extensive post-registration nursing experience, current NMC registration, and in-depth knowledge of MCA/DoLS/MHA.
