Clinical Lead Nurse – Senior Care Home Leader

Bluebell View is a care home within Care Concern Group in Oswestry that seeks a Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN or RMN) to support the Home Manager in clinical and operational oversight. You will ensure high standards of care, lead the nursing team, and promote person centred approaches in daily practice.

You will oversee clinical practice, mentor staff, support complex decisions, and ensure safe medication management in line with care plans and regulatory standards.
