Senior Branch Manager – Dorset Supported Living

Voyage Care in Christchurch is seeking an experienced Registered Branch Manager to lead our Dorset supported living services. Based at the Christchurch branch, with monthly travel to services, you will drive high-quality, person-centred care and ensure safe, compliant operations.

You will oversee multiple services, coach Coordinators and Field Supervisors, and maintain robust records while promoting continuous improvement and a positive culture. DBS checks will be conducted for applicants.
