Senior Litigation Solicitor – Criminal Enforcement (Hybrid)

Wiltshire Council is seeking an experienced litigation solicitor to join a dedicated team handling a wide range of contentious matters, with a primary focus on criminal enforcement. You will represent the Council in court and in tribunals, advise on strategy, risk and case management, and support services with pre-action correspondence and dispute resolution.

You will work from County Hall, Trowbridge, with hybrid arrangements and occasional court appearances in person as required.
