As a Children’s Assistant Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support services. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Participating in multi-agency meetings to ensure coordinated support.

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A relevant qualification in social care, such as a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience working with children and families in a social care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals.
- A good understanding of child development and safeguarding practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage a caseload effectively.
