Senior Corporate Solicitor – ECM & Public M&A

Simpson Judge is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its Equity Capital Markets and Corporate team in London. The role offers opportunities in high-value ECM deals, public M&A and complex advisory work within a national practice.

Applicants should have 5PQE+ with a broad ECM background, strong public M&A experience, and the ability to take ownership of matters and advise sophisticated clients. A hybrid working model is available.
