Principal Quality Engineer – Aerospace & Defense Lead

The One Group, a leading manufacturer of CNC machined components in Hertfordshire, is seeking a Principal Quality Engineer to drive quality assurance and continuous improvement. This role will oversee execution of quality processes to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory and internal standards while mentoring a small team.

You will lead APQP, PPAP, control plans, FMEA and FAIR activities, and tackle high-priority root cause investigations.
