Outdoor Education Team Lead – Curriculum & Leadership

Field Studies Council Margam Discovery Centre in Margam Park is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide the education team, oversee curriculum delivery, and contribute to the centre’s strategic management. You will mentor staff and develop engaging learning experiences for learners of all ages.

The role involves hands-on field teaching, flexible hours, and a duty rota with some evenings and overnight coverage.
