Hybrid Avionics Hardware Engineer – Embedded Systems

iO Associates is seeking a Hardware Engineer focused on avionics and embedded systems in the South West England region. The role involves owning the design of safety-critical flight electronics from schematics and PCB layout through prototype bring-up and environmental testing.

You will design multi-layer PCBs, implement CAN/CAN FD, RS422/485, Ethernet, SPI and I2C buses, and develop efficient DC-DC converters while ensuring designs meet harsh-environment standards.
