An established and fast-growing UK food manufacturer is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to support a highly automated production facility. This is a key leadership role, combining hands-on engineering expertise with people management responsibility in a busy, regulated environment
Role & Responsibilities
- Majority of the work is hands on
- PPMs and breakdown of machinery
- Responsible for a small team of engineers on shift
- Maintenance of industrial machinery
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering background
