Hybrid: Children’s Safeguarding Review & QA Lead

Shropshire Council is seeking an experienced Children’s Safeguarding Review Lead to support high-quality safeguarding practice, assurance, and learning across Children’s Social Care. The role is hybrid, with 1-2 days in the office and the remainder home-based, and offers a pay rate of £41.42 Umbrella.

The post involves leading reviews, coordinating multi-agency meetings, and disseminating learning to improve frontline practice and outcomes for children and families.
