Chief Music Education Leader for Norfolk & Suffolk Hub

Norfolk County Council’s Norfolk Music Service seeks an inspirational leader to head the merged Norfolk and Suffolk Music Hub, guiding strategic direction for high-quality music education across both counties.

You will be responsible for financial stewardship of about £4.5 million annually, supervising 35 staff, and engaging around 70 partners, while safeguarding and driving inclusive youth opportunities. The role sits within Children’s Services and involves travel across the regions.
