Senior Manufacturing Engineer – NPI & Process Improvement

RC Fornax in Basildon is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer on a 10-month contract to help transition new products from design to production and drive continuous improvement across operations. The role offers a day rate of £325 (Inside IR35).

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to develop and validate manufacturing processes, create documentation, and support readiness reviews across functions including Engineering, Quality, Operations and Supply Chain.
