In this role, you will be responsible for managing key aviation customer relationships, coordinating technical and operational support, and ensuring customer requirements are delivered in line with industry standards and aviation regulations.

The Role
- Managing customer relationships across the aviation and aerospace industry
- Coordinating customer support, technical enquiries and operational requirements
- Working closely with internal engineering, maintenance and operational teams
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
The Person
- Background in Aviation, Aerospace
- Experience in customer support, account management or aviation operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Working knowledge of Part 145 and Part CAMO regulations
