Senior Planner | Lead Projects (Exeter/Cornwall)

Pertemps TM is recruiting a Senior / Associate Planner for their Exeter or Cornwall offices. The role leads a varied portfolio across residential, commercial, leisure, renewable energy and heritage sectors, with ownership of projects and strong client relationships.

You’ll be part of an established independent consultancy, working in a collaborative team, mentoring juniors, and contributing to business development. MRTPI qualification is preferred; salary £40k-£50k DOE with a generous package.
