Senior Customer Success Manager for Banking Tech Adoption

Icon Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption of IPF across Tier 1 Banks in the EMEA region, ensuring clients stay reference sites and fully realise the enterprise-wide benefits of IPF.

You will manage senior client relationships across technology, operations and risk, coordinate internally with Icon teams to feedback roadmaps, educate clients on IPF modules, and support commercial governance and procurement with executives.
