Process Improvement Partner – Healthcare Transformation

Royal Trinity Hospice is seeking a Business Process Partner to lead the review, design and optimisation of processes across clinical, operational and corporate functions.

You will map current and future-state processes using BPMN, Lean and service design approaches, and support digital transformation aligned with Microsoft 365 and other systems. Strong stakeholder management and practical improvement delivery are essential.
