Blink – The Employee App in London is seeking a Customer Success professional to partner with a portfolio of customers across the UK, US and Australia, guiding them to achieve business goals and maximize value from Blink.
You will own relationships from end users to executives, drive renewals and expansions, craft value-driven business cases, and work with Product and Engineering to feed the roadmap. You’ll also deliver webinars and trainings to scale customer success.
