Flexible Deputy Manager, Inclusive Community Outreach

Rochdale and District Mind is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead inclusive outreach within Rochdale Borough. You will bring advanced knowledge of diverse communities and cultural competence to strengthen engagement with marginalised groups and embed trauma‑informed practices across services.

You will support and develop projects to raise mental health awareness, challenge stigma, and ensure people can access support and have their voices heard. Equity and inclusion are central to the role.
