Aviation Quality & Assurance Lead

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) at London Heathrow seeks an experienced Quality & Assurance Manager to drive the QMS across WFS UK, ensuring compliance with IATA regulations, aviation standards and customer requirements.

You will lead internal audits, supplier audits, CAPA and continuous improvement, supporting operations with new processes and procedures, conducting spot checks, and promoting a culture of safety and quality across the network.
