Resident Liaison Officer — Project Communications Lead

Guidant Global is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer based around Rochdale, OL11. This fast-paced, customer-facing role requires excellent communication to coordinate between residents, clients, contractors and site teams on improvement and maintenance works.

You will manage resident appointments, keep residents informed on schedules, travel across Rochdale, Oldham and Middleton, and ensure accurate records.
