Water & Wastewater Proposals Engineer – Tender & Costing

ACWA Services Limited is seeking a capable Proposals and Cost Estimation Specialist to support multi-disciplinary water and wastewater projects. You will prepare and coordinate proposals, develop cost build-ups, and ensure governance and technical standards are met.

Based at ACWA Headquarters with a hybrid working arrangement, you will liaise with the Senior Proposals Team, manage supplier RFQs, and contribute to tender submissions across the UK.
