Rail Disruption Coordinator — Flexible Hours, Travel

Transport UK London Bus is recruiting a Rail Replacement Coordinator to cover the GTR network across the Home Counties and Coastal regions. The role is based at the London Head Office and focuses on coordinating rail replacements during disruption and supporting special events.

You will keep passengers informed, ensure safety and on-time service, and receive classroom and depot training to perform all duties. Shifts are zero hours with flexible, on-demand scheduling across seven days.
