Hours 8am-5pm with overtime, duration 3 weeks including weekends. Duties span roofing, strip-out, carpentry, finishes, kitchen areas and snagging across site trades. Responsibilities include removing old fixtures, doors, flooring, and wall finishes; installing doors/frames; timber framing; surface prep; painting; and making good around new services.
