Store Team Leader – Customer Service & Community

Co-op in Milton Of Leys, Inverness, is hiring a part-time Customer Team Leader to run the store shifts and coach a small team. You will manage day-to-day operations on the shop floor, tills, and within merchandising tasks, ensuring strong customer service and community engagement.

The role requires flexible hours (2pm–10pm or 11am–7pm) including at least one weekend shift, with 20 hours per week and regular overtime. Benefits include store discounts and progression opportunities.
