Autonomous Block Manager | Hybrid Role – North London Portfolio

Cobalt is recruiting an experienced Block Manager to join an established residential managing agent in North London. The role offers autonomy over a varied portfolio with support from internal teams and a salary of £45,000-£55,000, along with hybrid working and opportunities for progression.

You will manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of residential blocks, building strong relationships with freeholders, RTMs and leaseholders while coordinating service charges and major works.
